Having a bad day ?

Sometimes I feel I’m having a long streak of bad days. I feel there is no getting out of it. But the interesting thing is, even in the most dark of the days, there is still a ray of hope.

That’s where, habits and rituals come into picture – however bad your day is, stick to a routines ( which involves some really good habits that can turn your life around )

For example, whatever bad day I have, I have decided to stick to the following routine, EVERYDAY

  1. Wake up early
  2. Meditate for 30 minutes
  3. Walk 10 km everyday
  4. Dress up well and show up at office
  5. Read some book for at least 45 minutes
  6. Attend some training for at least 1 hour
  7. Post in one of the blogs
  8. Guitar or keyboard practice
  9. Diary
  10. Call and talk to mom, twice a day
  11. Listen to song on HS8

The advantage of such a routine is that, no matter what, you would still make constant progress in your life. And slowly but steadily, you will come out of, whatever you have been pulled into
