Today Nandini told me that, thanks to a new opportunity that she got in another project ( within cognizant itself) she would be moving out of the team.Strangely, she got released in less than a week, which was surprising to her as well. She seemed pretty confident about her new role and wanted to give her best.
The interview with her new manager also went fine and although with not many hopes for a promotion, she seems to stop looking forward to her new job position. I’m sure it’s in her best interest, and my prayers are with her for her new endeavor
