I read this article on a new’s site today

Wow! I was surprised to hear this. Why? I agree that having a baby or not is totally a personal thing and I have no interest in commenting on that. But what caught my attention was the word ‘Alone’. That was weird. I quickly double checked the meaning of the word and according to Webster dictionary, it means
- without anyone or anything else : not involving or including anyone or anything else : separate from other people or things
- without people that you know or that usually are with you
- feeling unhappy because of being separated from other people
But, I thought she had a million followers on different social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Myspace and so on. People keenly wait for everything she does or says. She could just walk over to anyone, and they would be head over heels to talk to her and spend time with her. I believe she might actually need a team of people to handle the phone calls and emails that she gets. I mean, she must be total, 100 % overwhelmed by the number of people who surround her, every second of the day, and yet she is ALONE ??
I sat back and this verse from the Bible came to my mind,
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

I mean, I am sure she hasn’t lost her soul or anything but it makes me really think about my goals and wonder if getting fame and status is really that important? These people are already at the top and they don’t seem to be liking there, they feel something is missing. Some people choose drugs and some others choose other ways of hurting their bodies as well as others, sincerely hoping that it would bring them some happiness and drive out loneliness

My friend, you have one life, make sure you set your dreams and goals based on ground realities. If these guys could not get it, why do you bother to look for it, there ? Do you think, you can find peace and happiness within yourself and not outside? Let me know your comments.
