Yes, all of go through the time in life, when you feel all is lost and you have no hope for tomorrow. But the thing is, all is NOT lost. You still have a long way to go and lot of beautiful memories are still waiting. The situation you are in, or the person you are with could be totally trash, but please don’t judge your whole life based on that. Here are some quick tips to get you back to life
- Check out the most beautiful photos of your ex/ crush/ previous lover. Facebook can help you in this regards. If this person happens to be your friend, then there is a good chance that you can see all their photos. Preferably look for photos where they are not with their partner and also photos their beautiful gorgeous smile can turn any night into day !
- Chocolates or eatable in general. Everything is not lost until you indulge yourself in food. My personal favorite is Cadbury’s diary milk Silk chocolate. It’s just so good. Pick your favorite sin food, which you haven’t eaten for a while ( could be due to several reasons ) but it in bulk and just have it day and night until you feel good
- Buy something which you wanted for so long. There is no point in accumulating wealth if you cannot make any use of it !
- A walk around the park
- Read a book with lot of positive stuff
- Songs from the religion that you believe
Things to avoid
Calling up friend : It does work out sometimes, but is not dependable. They could be busy, may not tell us what we need to hear and so on
TV : Definite no no, you might even end up watching some depressing songs or movies or things that reminds you of your sad past
Mediation : Unless you are in total control of your mind, like a level X Shaolin monk, sitting on Himalaya, never think about it. Even without your knowledge you will find yourself drifting towards depression creating moods
Office work : No way !
