When Indians go abroad

By | June 8, 2018

When Indians got to US and attend calls from there or when they come back to India, they won’t stop acting like an America. A few obvious changes, you will notice are

  1. Change in name : Krishna becomes Krish and so on. GopalNath becomes GN ( Gn ?? really ?)
  2. Talk in an accent, which makes it even more difficult to understand their localized English words
  3. If the same effort that goes to twist your tongue in framing sentence and writing good emails, it can go a long way
  4. Basic etiquette remains the same : Cough into the mute without moving your mouth away or not clicking on the ‘mute’ button
  5. Trying to be bossy and trying to act smart
  6. Full willingness to do donkey work ( to pay off EMI )

Good Lord, the outflow won’t stop even after they are back. They get confused between streets and locations in India (a place they visited for just 3 months) Constantly talk about the food, the culture and so on
