While I was moving towards the Trinity circle bus stop, to catch cab, I came across an an individual who should be around 40, and he was asking me directions for Trinity complex. As it is my regular protocol, I asked the specific name of the building he was looking for. He told me, he was looking for a dental clinic by the name _____ ( I don’t remember the name) I pointed out it, to him and he seemed very happy. Although he was a mallu, I chose not to speak to him in Malayalam, but chose to speak in Kannada. But at the same time I ensured that, he was able to understand most of the things I said.
Next on the cab, I met another Mallu. Firstly based on his accent and then based on the fact there was a Malayala Manorama newspaper on his dashboard ( a regular staple for mallus) as well as his, subsequent phone call that he received, and the one which he conversed in Malayalam.
It’s was just a few minutes before these events that I had hoped to meet, some level headed person, who looks normal and would talk normally.
I was surprised to find that, these 2 people met that criteria
