Women in Istanbul are marching for the right to wear what they want, be it shorts, mini skirts or headscarves. And when this news appeared in facebook, the following comments were posted by the ‘believers’. Please note that the comments are not hand picked based on any order but picked up in the ascending order in which they appear below the post ( I picked only names which I felt belonged to a particular religion and needless to say, every single one of them supported violence against women who did not dress ‘modestly’)

Why not post a lesbian nun or a gay priest or a lgbtq wearing hijab or atheist praying in the mosque to show peace and unity? I know you all got triggered but I’m curious why media is just blindly carrying hate propaganda against only Muslims..?

Md Rahim Ullah It is Very much concerned, why women are using or wearing western dirty outfits to show their every single part of the body. It is strictly prohibited to uncover their body part except face, feet, and two hands palm. Follow Islamic injunction and you will no longer be humiliated, insulted, disrespected.

I am not sure, if the same rules applies for adult movies the people watch from these countries evident from the statistics which show over and over again the appetite for hot content from peace loving countries
