Today was my first long drive, in our car, Maruthi 800, alone. I can see that I have come a long way, from the days, I had trouble remembering what was clutch or break, learning the first lessons of car driving from my dad in the play ground, near our Ponganam kadu house. It was such a wonderful experience, when you are at the driver’s seat.
Although I had only plans to drive in the neighbourhood, I wanted to see, how a tough terrain drive would feel like…
Started from home ( Inland mist/ Thrissur ) at 6:15 AM, tried some uphill, downhill practice near the power house and then staright went for the drive, towards the road leading to Vazhani dam. After 11 kms, took a turn and came back home
