Began preliminary work – setup, installation for creating a new web app, that can track my expenses. I had tried several offlines apps in the past including – Excel sheets, GNU Cash as well as Quicken. But I want a web based solution. Currently I am using trackeverycoin for my needs. But there area lot of features that I really miss.
The idea for a custom web based solution, struck me a few weeks back and I have been thinking about this, since then. I am planning to use my windows hosting for this. The URL will be http://expense-tracker.android-diary.net I have already installed MySQL and the connectors. Hope to complete the login pages and main tables for the database by the end of this week.
So excited to get back to my form, just like college days, when I used to work on several personal projects that really pushed my technical skills.
