Enabling Google webmaster
- Go to www.google.com/webmasters
- Add your site to the account
- Click on ‘Add Property’
- Download the HTML file
- Upload it to your site
- Click on ‘Verify‘ button
Add Sitemap
- Open wordpress and click on ‘Add new plugin‘
- Search for Google XML sitemap
- Download the plugin which has over 1 million downloads
- Now go back to Google webmaster and click on ‘Add /Test sitemap’
