After buying groceries at one 1 M G mall, I went to the painting exhibition that was hosted right next to the super market.
The time I spend at the exhibition was totally worthwhile. I was taken to another world. There was this picture of a lady which from far looked like a rose, and also another interesting one like ‘a wall constructed in the middle of nowhere with a security guard in between’. But the one that really captured was that of the Devi, the black Devi and her eyes. This particular picture prompted me to take my painting hobby seriously, especially taking the theme of Theyyam.
Every single picture amazed me, the medium they used and imaginative prowess of the artist. It was simply amazing. The lighting, the shapes, every single picture in the exhibition, capture my imagination. It was such a great experience for me.
