My mom’s camera

This photo of me standing next to my cousin sister was taken by my mom, nearly 24 years back, with her own camera. I am so proud that my mom owned multiple cameras ( not at any one point in time, but changed when a newer model arrived) and this helped her capture some of the beautiful moments from my childhood which I can cherish forever ( We now have a huge album full of my childhood photos, some of which I have already shared here)
But now when I look at the photos taken by my friends/ relatives of their kids using their cell phones which is supposed to have all the latest ‘technical advancements’, I am shocked to find washed out pics. If not for facebook face tagging, it would be almost impossible to identify people’s face and I am wondering if this is what you want to give your kids when they grow up? Think about it, my friend.

People say a picture is worth 1000 words, I would say, a picture is worth a 1000 emotions/ feelings. Find out a way, you can capture your near and dear one’s photos in the best way possible and store it in a way that cannot be easily destroyed ( hard drive crashes, phone thefts ) People would thank you for your thoughtfulness, later………

Previously also I have mentioned that gratitude is one of the best quality one should have for the success of a person’s life. I am so happy that my son is enjoying my photos of them. It is also my immense pleasure seeing their childhood days. One of my prayer to God is let me see them healthy until my death
